    The Theme was introduced at the 2000 Project Impact Summitt in Washington D.C. by   Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA).  The theme was played during the "Star" Community portion of the Summit.

    This original music was written for the American Red Cross with the support of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the Red Cross and coordination with Judy Henderson.  The song is centered around the Red Cross slogan, "We'll Be There."
