and a Project Impact partner, is pictured accepting a plaque of appreciation from Mayor
Tony Armstrong at the April 8th, 2002, Sparks City Council meeting. Her support of
the Project Impact Campaign includes her continuous contributes to success of the Project
Impact Safe School's Committee's youth newspapers project and
her 3-year support of the numerous other Project Impact Campaign projects, including
the National Federal Emergency Management Agency's Pilot Test of the Pre-incident Planning
