Mayor Tony Armstrong, right, presented
Project Impact Accomplishments Awards to Ross Mitchell and Monica Jaye during the December
10th, 2001, Sparks City Council meeting. They received the awards for their never
ending and tireless efforts supporting the Sparks Project Impact campaign. For more
than 2 years they have featured weekly Project Impact interviews during the Reno's
morning news on "The Breakfast Club" with Ross Mitchell and Monica Jay on News
Talk 780 KOH.

Ben Hutchins, City of Sparks Project Impact
Steering Committee Chairman, right, presented plaques of appreciation for helping promote
the City's Project Impact Campaign. The presentations were made during Ross
Mitchell's 18th KOH anniversary breakfast at the Nugget October 26th. Tony Armstrong
formally presented Ross and Monica the plaques during the December 10th City of Sparks
Council meeting. Pictured, from left to right, is Dan Mason, Monica Jaye, Ross
